Are you new to quilting or just need a refresher course on the basics? This 4 part class will cover the basics of quilting from the proper tools, rotary cutting, piecing, quilting and binding.

Sometimes I am torn between sitting in my favorite chair and escaping into a good book or heading to my sewing room and tackling a new project. Well, I decided that it would be fun to start a book club here at Finger Lakes Fabrics and tie it in with a sewing project. Once a month we will pick a book to enjoy and share. At the end of each meeting we will all receive directions for a quilt block swap for the next meeting. In no time we will have enough blocks to put together our own Book Club Quilt!!!
