Located in beautiful Skaneateles, NY, Finger Lakes Fabrics is where creativity and community meet. Owners Jolene Fitch and Amy McNamara bring their experience and enthusiasm to our new shop which opened in January 2023. After long careers in healthcare and education, Jolene worked for Patchwork Plus in Marcellus, New York until the owners decided to retire and close the shop, leaving a void in the quilting and sewing community. Amy has owned and operated Pick Your Stitch in East Syracuse, NY for 6 1/2 years. She decided to join Jolene in bring a great new shop to the finger lakes.
You will see many familiar faces if you were a customer of Patchwork Plus. We are pleased to share that the entire staff from Patchwork Plus joined us at Finger Lakes Fabrics. They are excited to share their talents with you and make our store a place to gather and create. You will see some new and talented faces as well.

We have the latest fabrics collections from creative designers such as Henry Glass, Tula Pink, Kaffe Fassett, Tilda's Studio, Maywood, Free Spirit, Riley Blake, Batiks from Moda, Benartex, and Checker. Finger Lakes Fabrics offers a great selection of accessories, notions, books and patterns.
We offer sewing machine sales and repair, special events, classes for all levels novice to expert and many clubs.
