Fall Retreat @ PERC Case Mansion



I hope everyone is excited for the upcoming Quilt Retreat.  It is sure to be a great time under the leadership of Doreen Hares.  Be ready for 4 days filled with sewing, food, fun and games!

Check in time is 4:00pm Thursday, September 11th

Check Out time is 2:00pm on Sunday, September 14th

NOTE: 
There is only one bedroom on the main floor that is handicap accessible. It has a queen bed and twin bed.  This must be requested and given out on a first paid, first served basis with handicap documentation.

Everyone will get their own bed unless otherwise requested.

The remaining 2nd floor and 3rd floor bedrooms are only accessible by stairs. All the bedrooms have an on-suite bathroom. Please call to reserve a room once you have paid. We reserve the right to rearrange the accommodations if needed with sensitivity to requests.

Bedding, towels and soap are supplied.
  Bring your personal toiletries, medications, clothes, pj’s, slippers, camera (to record all your fun), charger for cell phone.  Dressing in layers works well.

Sewing supplies:  Sewing machine and all accessories – plug, foot control, extra presser feet, extension cords and surge protectors (some are provided), chair cushion or your own sewing chair, seam ripper ?, brown lunch bag for scraps, ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, water bottle, extra bobbins (already wound saves time), lots of thread in different colors, extra needles, pins, scissors, pin cushion, marking pen, hand needles, rotary cutter, extra blades, cutting mat, rulers, masking tape, heat n bond, batting, pressing sheet, snacks to share and any items in good condition you no longer use for a Chinese auction.  Supplemental lighting is also advised – Ott lights work great. 

We will be bringing 2 irons and big boards to use.

Meals for the 4 days are dinner Thursday night,  breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday and brunch on Sunday.  If you have any special dietary requirements please notify Jolene at Finger Lakes Fabrics by Friday August 22nd.
