Fabric Kit and Pattern are Required*   *(Included in cost of class)

Class 1 - Mandatory for all students.  This class will review the tools, how the patterns are set up.  Students will then prepare the papers as to their use in preparing fabric for sewing.

Supplies for this class:  Winter Wonderland Pattern, rotary cutter, mat, ruler, stapler with staples, pins (preferably flower head pins), 1 gallon size bags for sorting pieces, paper clips or wonder clips and glue stick.

Class 2 - The foundation paper piecing begins.  The biggest challenge during this class is training  brain to work upside down and backwards from traditional piecing techniques.  This class will cover errors and how to fix them and trimming finished units.

Supplies for this class:  Sewing machine, power cord, foot pedal, presser foot that allows easy sight for the sewing lines, prepared fabric already cut out and bagged, 50 wt thread, size 70 needles, rotary cutter, mat and ruler, 12" Add A Quarter Ruler, water soluble glue pen, tape, Acorn Easy Press Pen.

Class 3- This class will cover the assembly and lining up unit edges for best results and matching centers correctly to obtain a flat center.  There will also be a discussion on quilting designs and finishing techniques.

Supplies for this class:  This class will require all the previous supplies listed above.  All foundation paper piecing units must be complete, units trimmed and paper removed.
