Certified Instructor, Jolene will lead you through a journey from gentle Hatha to Vinyasa yoga. Hatha classes focus on one pose at a time, with rest in between. In contrast, Vinyasa (flow classes) string poses together to make a sequence. Balance will also be a focus of this series. Modifications for all poses are available and encouraged as needed. Come and join us for this eight week journey of stretching and resting.

Hatha to Vynasa Yoga
Certified Instructor, Jolene will lead you through a journey from gentle Hatha to Vinyasa yoga. Hatha classes focus on one pose at a time, with rest in between. In contrast, Vinyasa (flow classes) string poses together to make a sequence. Balance will also be a focus of this series. Modifications for all poses are available and encouraged as needed. Come and join us for this eight week journey of stretching and resting.

2 Day - Retreat at Finger Lakes Fabrics
Bring your projects, machines, supplies and laughter to Finger Lakes Fabrics. Join us for a 2 day retreat at our store, leave your belongings at the shop overnight and return for day 2 of the retreat. We will provide lunch, water and coffee each day and some gifts to make the days even more fun. Doreen our retreat hostess of the mostest, will host the event.
