Certified Instructor, Jolene will lead you through a journey from gentle Hatha to Vinyasa yoga. Hatha classes focus on one pose at a time, with rest in between. In contrast, Vinyasa (flow classes) string poses together to make a sequence. Balance will also be a focus of this series. Modifications for all poses are available and encouraged as needed.
